Todd Wahlers

Biography

Todd Wahlers has made his home in South Florida since October 1992. He spent the first half of his childhood in the suburbs of Seattle, Washington and the second half in Rochester, New York. After two years of college in Pennsylvania studying engineering, Todd moved to Delray Beach, Florida and attended Palm Beach Atlantic University on a baseball scholarship, studying business. After graduation Todd decided to make South Florida his permanent home and started his own swimming pool business where he holds a State of Florida Contractors License which he still owns and has been successful for over twenty years. Todd is also an EMT/Paramedic Firefighter. He currently serves as a captain on the job and has been working for the fire department since 2000. Todd obtained his real estate license in 2005 initially for investing purposes, but later realized how much he enjoyed working with others in buying and selling their homes. Todd has a great deal of patience in working with clients. He is a perfectionist himself, so he understands first hand the customer that likes to take their time and ask a lot of questions. Todd takes pride in providing great customer service and helping clients feel peace about the decision making process in buying and selling real estate.
